The choir has continued to support congregational singing at the regular Sunday morning services and to contribute occasional choral items.  Anthems performed have included Listen, sweet Dove (Ives), Cantique de Jean Racine (Fauré), Panis angelicus(Franck), My eyes for beauty pine (Howells),Antiphon (Vaughan Williams), God is our hope and strength (Bach), and Since by man came death (Handel, from Messiah). The Communion Service on Passion Sunday included movements from Duruflé’s Requiem.  Once again, the Advent Carol Service on 14 December was one of the musical high points of the year.  In all these activities we remain grateful to Richard Taverner for his inspiration, guidance, good humour, and patience as Director of Music.  For the special services we have also been pleased to welcome additional singers and instrumentalist; particular mention should be made of Paul Morgan, Organist Emeritus of Exeter Cathedral, who has accompanied the choir on several occasions.

The choir numbers around 25 members, and additional singers are welcome.
