Points for Prayer from Alastair
1.We are in the course of appointing a centre manager at Immingham. We offered the job to two outstanding candidates who each accepted and then withdrew days before they were due to start. We think that their
existing employers offered them better terms once they had given notice! so we are on the lookout for a third.
2.The work of refurbishment at Felixstowe is nearing completion and we shall soon be having a formal opening.
3.We are considering appointing 4 new trustees, eminent people in their own fields. So that needs careful thought and careful management as they are eased into the existing structure without upsetting anyone.
